3 rounds. Started with a phone screen- progressed to an onsite and then got to meet the CEO. Very positive experience! Glad i was able to get referred by a friend. The foot in the door for sure helped out a great deal.

Entretien
I spoke with a recruiter over the phone for an initial screening, then I skyped with the VP of sales, a team leader and the sales development manager. I then met the CEO and a couple other folks on the team for an in-person final round interview. Everyone was extremely personable and clearly loved the work they were doing and the impact they were having with JustWorks. I appreciated the opportunity to meet with leaders in the company to understand the birds-eye view of the company as well as meeting with people in a similar role to the one I would take.
