I was contacted by a Justworks recruiter who found my profile on Indeed. We scheduled a time for an initial phone screen, which was supposed to be just a 30 minute, non-technical chat - the recruiter confirmed that it would be non-technical when I asked. However, when the time came it turned out to be precisely a technical interview, centered around a coding exercise on collabedit. So that mixup is a bad start. But even so I did very well on the exercise (in my opinion, of course), producing an algorithm that I can't imagine a way to significantly improve upon in terms of its time efficiency. And this is with it being rushed, since the 30 minute interview is shorter than any other I've had involving a coding exercise (given that some of the time before and after is used for discussion) -- usually they are 45 or 60 minutes.
But the biggest negative for me was the interviewer. He failed to understand my algorithm (mainly due to him ignoring a key If condition) and while verbally stepping through the code he made assertions about it that were untrue; but this is only really something I mention because he kept dominating the conversation and refusing to allow me to step in and explain the code. Unfortunately since we were out of time, I tried to jump in and explain it for him multiple times, but I may have come across badly because of being rushed and forced to talk over top of him. So I have to assume that is what prevented me from getting further in the process.
This was a bad experience due to a bad interviewer, who would I believe have been my manager if I was hired. So it may have been a fortunate result if this interview reflected his management style. I don't fault the recruiter for the mistake of it turning into a technical interview, because this took place over the Christmas holidays and I'm sure that was an honest misunderstanding. But of course if I had been less prepared or not sitting at a computer, then it would have been a problem.

First call was with a senior engineer asking HR questions? Code signal assessment afterwards which asked you to do a lot in under 90 mins. Using map of maps, sorting, lots of tedious things. You have to finish each question in order (no skipping around). Did not even have to decency to send an automated rejection email. Just ghosted me after. Don’t waste your time.

1. Recruiter Call
2. Online Assessment
3. Hiring Manager Call
4. ~4 hour Onsite
It was lengthy, and honestly I feel if you are going to have a long interview process, then you might as well split the 4 hour interview into multiple days, and make it online, with a shorter onsite.

Typical Behavioral Questions
For the tech questions, they're pretty easy, dont overthink it. I feel nerves will play a bigger factor than difficulty.
