I applied online through Justworks' website and was quickly contacted by a recruiter within the next week after applying. I had an initial phone screening set up with one of the Sales managers, and he was extremely easy to talk to. He asked a couple questions like tell me about yourself, why Justworks, why sales, etc. He then ran through the job description a little and asked if I was still interested, which I definitely was. It only lasted about 20 minutes.
Within the next week I was contacted again to schedule an in-person interview. I came into Justworks and chatted with 4 managers. It was nice that the interview started with the same guy who I chatted with on the phone initially - it eased the nerves. Most questions were all pretty similar - why sales, why Justworks, how'd you hear about us, tell me about a challenge you've faced, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are you most proud of accomplishing, etc. It lasted almost 2 hours - I was a little overwhelmed and exhausted, not really knowing how I did.
After the second round, I didn't hear back from HR for a while. I personally checked back in to see if there was a status update, and it was then that someone in HR told me they were going to bring me back in for another 1-1 interview. I came in for one last 30 minute chat with someone on the management team, and she really wanted to see if I'd fit in well with company culture. It was much more of a conversation than a structured interview. I loved it!
In the end I got the offer quickly after that and was happy with my decision to accept! Justworks moved quickly and pretty seamlessly. I enjoyed everyone I met with and am extremely happy to be here.
