Case study regarding migrant domestic workers coming to Hong Kong to work, essentially issue spotting fact pattern question which includes both legal and non-legal issues. Must advice client as to how to approach said issues as a case worker.

How would you advice the client from this case if they all the sudden changed their mind about filing a case against their employer who wronged them?
conversational and friendly, not too much pressure and not extremely formal or uptight. asked about personal goals, personality checks, communication with other workers, attitude etc. took around 1 hour or so.

interview process was comprehensive and friendly. In general, there's self introduction where participants get the opportunity to share about themselves, learning about previous work/organization experience, initial knowledge and interest in the organization and explore ways i can contribute to the organization
