Probably the worst process of experienced. The interviews themselves were fine but the interviews kept getting dragged and it took over 4 wks to get through all three interviews. Then I was completely ghosted. No rejection letter, no reply to my email saying they went with another candidate.

She responded and told me the qualifications changed and I no longer qualify!! Cool, so when were they going to tell me? Were they going to just ghost my Zoom interview? DO BETTER! Job seekers are taking time out of their schedules just to be screened and learn more about a company that clearly doesn't value them from the START!
