J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Juniper Ventures (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2022
Entretien
I applied via Indeed and just over a week later I received an email asking me to apply officially by filling out their application form rather than just applying with my cv. A few days later I received a high priority email inviting me to an interview for that Friday. The interview lasted 30 minutues but it was intense as I had to answer 6 questions by 3 interviewers which wasn't relayed to me beforehand. At the end of the interview I was told if i were successful I would be invited to a 2nd stage interview which would include an assessment. At the beginning of the following week I received an email inviting me to an interview for Friday 3rd February at 9am . As I had a clash with another call I asked for the interview to me moved to a different time on that day but received no response. A few days later I received an email inviting me to the 2nd interview for the following Wednesday 8th but still for 9am (offering no flexibility whatsoever) I thought was slighty unreasonable given that other interviews had always offered alternative times rather than remaining rigid. I headed to their offices and was told I would have bring my own laptop (this again seemed odd as normally a spare laptop or computer is provided).
As part of the interview process I was asked to put together a presentation prior to coming in as well as writing a press release once I got there. The whole interview took 1hr and at the end of the interview I was told I would hear back from early next week as they had other people to see. Aftering two weeks of not hearing anything following on from my interview, I sent an email requesting that my ideas not be used as I have not been offered the role. The next day I received an email from them saying that their systems had been down for 3 weeks along with an attached rejection letter. No feedback was given whatsoever which I found dismissive and rude.
