The interview process was quick… too quick. I was asked to interview with the head of department, then moved to second stage with a task - all due within 36 hours. They told me they were keen to talk to me, and wanted to see where I land amongst the final two candidates they already had lined up. after an insanely stressful and rushed timeframe, I presented my slides and received great feedback on the call, only to be completely ghosted. I followed up a week later, and still no reply. This was over a month ago.
