Interview process consists of Phone screen, Take Home Coding Assessment 2x technical phone screen, 1xbehavioural Overall phone screen ok. Coding test very limited and I feel it did not address the breadth of skills required for the role. Also was quite academic and irrelevant to the type of daily tasks for an SRE. Overall interview process is waste of time- whether one is successful or not there is no feedback provided.
