Thorough and lengthy. I met with a hiring managed, head of digital in Nigeria, then Jumia CEO, Nigeria and finally, Jumia regional director based in Egypt I believe. The last interview really clarified what the company needed and to be honest, it wasn't also a good match for me even if I had all the great ideas. They needed someone who would specialise and stay the long haul in that role. I enjoy the bigger picture and being able to plug several moving parts of the entire project.

Went to the Interview, met with country manager and PRO of the company. It was straight interview, took about 40 minutes and after the interview they promised to call me back. and yes they did and given the chance to work with Jumia
