The interview was conversational and comfortable. The hiring manager meets with you one on one and really wants to know if you have a connection to the products they are selling. They are looking for people who know LA and can help build the brand.

Casual conversation about skill set, ability, and availability. Was given a description of tasks that I would be responsible for. As the company was rapidly expanding at the time, the interview was brief and I was hired pretty immediately.
