First you have a phone interview and then they will send you work to do as an assessment. If you pass that you get called in. After hours of doing work for them, if they don't like it they will send an email telling you there's other companies out there hiring and you should try that.
The hiring manager was very respectful of my timeline (as I wasn't quite ready to leave my job yet). The process involved two phone screens (team member + HR), an activity, an on-site where I got to meet the team I'd be working with, and an hour with the founders. It's rare for a company to involve so many folks -- from the newest team member to the CEO and President -- but I think this process speaks to how Jopwell is approaching building its community and culture in an intentional way. Good candidate experience overall.
