It was pretty conversational-based and I had a lot of insights into the company. The interviewer was friendly and encouraging so it was a pretty easy interview. Got an offer almost 2 days later.

Applied online, had a phone interview, was called in for an in person interview with the manager which was about a half and a half and was offered the position later. Paperwork and training followed.
