I interviewed at Jombay (Pune) in January 2020. One of the friends working there referred me for the position. First I was interviewed by one of the founding team members which was an hour and a half long. Then 4 days later I was interviewed by Team lead and senior executive. After 4 days I was asked to visit to understand the product. One of the operations managers gave me an understanding of the whole system works. On the same day, I was given an excel problem to solve and was asked to write a customer interaction mail. Then the week after that one datasheet was mailed to and I was asked to revert back with a report, which I did on the same day. Again after 4 days, they sent an online assessment test that had personality and IQ questions. I was told they would revert back by end of the week with the result aka final decision on the position which they didn't. Next week I mailed them to check if they had made a decision to which they again replied saying by end of that week they will notify. After that, they never responded to any of the mails.

A smooth interview process. The first round was with the head of operations. The second round was the final round with the founder. A lot of emphasis is given to culture fit.
