Was contacted by a recruiter, after a brief chat with her she sent me a coding assessment. it was a 5 hr assessment they don't expect you to finish but. it is written in house.
After passing the assessment scheduled an in-person interview.
The in person was rather unprofessional. They hadn't come up with any of the questions beforehand and it didn't seem like they were both on the same page. When asked how i would solve a few problems they countered with a different approach but stuck to my guns and provided answers on why they seemed unimpressed.
A couple of days later received a rejection email. I asked for feedback but none was given and the recruiter wouldn't even personally send me any information ( generic rejection letter ).
