I was brought in thinking this is an advertising agency, only to realize it's an marketing event company that hires people with no experience to solicit and try and push products to people in shopping areas. The interview didn't mention any of this and promised heaven, then I was asked to go and see how things work so I went down with two pleasant and friendly employees that have been doing this for a couple of months only to realize what the job is actually all about.
