JM was looking to fill this position through a recruitment agency. I got this information from a reference who worked with JM then. So I submitted my curriculum vitae and impressed by my CV, I was called for an interview. The interview panel of JM generally contains the prospective line manager apart from an expat. In my case, the expat was the line manager of my prospective line manager. The interview was general about how I think to solve a troubleshooting problem to understand my thinking process.
