Contacted the company through a posting on Career Builder. Had an interview with the Estimating Manager for about :15 min. Asked me a few questions about my personal work ethic. Informed me about the company and the job responsibilities. Introduced me to the lead person in that department. Spoke with the lead for :40 min about the job and the process in a very detailed manner. Example projects were used to explain the process further. Sent a followup thank you letter for the opportunity to introduce myself. Never heard back.
