Entretien
Usually contacted by recruiter through third party recruiting company. Former employees have to go through same process with many candidates for position Limited times and simple phone interview to log into account. The actual interview was done by 2-3 people in a group setting. Went over previous history if a former employee, usually setup by a friendly call then go work history and personality. Job offer decision based on corporate needs at the time and more internal hiring than external hiring for some positions. Get to know a recruiter and can assist in hiring process but all decisions made by hiring manager after group interview.
