Met them at a career fair, had a 1:1 on-campus interview, then was invited to the nation-wide second-round interview session at corporate HQ in Milwaukee, WI. At the event, there was a networking session at Brewers Stadium where we got a chance to talk to our interviewers and people currently in the BEST program, then the next day had 3-6 interviews (depending on location(s) of interest) and a tour of the headquarters.
