Entretien
Interview process was fairly simple. You must create a project about internal and external customers and answer questions in paragraph format about excel and how to handel escalations. The manager is very nice and cares alot for his employees. During the interview he allows you to explain your project and thoughts in your own words to explain your perspective on the questions.
