Had a phone call interview with the manager of the dept, went well and about a month later received a negative on a job offer. However a month later an HR rep reached and and stated they made a mistake in sending that letter and meant to send me an offer.

Easy, simple questions. I am a new grad and they were very welcoming and they have a residency program. Manager contacted me, I had a panel interview with 5 other nurses and then HR took over for the rest of the process

It was a fairly simple and straightforward process. It took 3 months from application to onboarding completion. I heard back in two weeks from my initial application and was offered a position.

I met with the nurse manager before a 4 hour unit share day. I also participated in a “group interview” with 4 other nurses on the unit after my share day. I was able to ask questions in a less formal environment .
