Met with the hiring manager for a one-on-one interview. They provided an overview of the position and proceeded to ask interview questions. We concluded the call with the opportunity for the interviewee to ask questions. The second interview was with the team of 5 from their various disciplines. Each went around and introduced themselves and then took turns asking 1-2 questions about the interviewees experience.
