After I applied online, I was able to get an interview within 3-5 days. I had an interview on site, they called me about an hour later to let me know I got the job. Then, I received a call from Human Resource to get additional information on training.

3 months for a call because it's who you know. They tried to low ball me on the salary. Very nice at first then didn't want to help when I had questions. Didn't want to help at all
