Once you have completed the application, you will be instructed to complete an online assessment. This is a personality assessment that analyzes various things about the candidate as they relate to the position. If you meet requirements and have the experience, you will be called by HR to come in for written assessments and an interview. During these assessments you will be quizzed on computer applications and interviewed by an HR specialist. The next step is to interview with the Program Manager to see if you are a good fit for the program. If you successfully interview with the manager, you will be sent to various nurse managers of the hiring units to interview and meet the staff. A behavioral interview is conducted.
