I was reached out to via email to set up an interview and I responded with my availability, I did not receive an answer until I followed up 2 days later. We set up an interview for the following week. The interview went well. I was asked typical interview questions. I was told that a decision would be made by the end of the week and that I would be hearing back from them. A few days later, I followed up via email regarding the status of my interview/application and received no answer. The lack of response did not shock me due to the follow-ups I had to send before my interview. Nonetheless, it was a very unprofessional experience.
