The start was a fairly traditional interview process for a construction company; screening call with someone from talent acquisition, in-person interview with branch/office executive and someone senior to the position applied for. Then was the request for an additional video call with Regional Executive, my would-be-boss's-boss, to which I was open to and did very well. Lastly was a call with someone in their finance department to get a read on my understanding of the financial side of their projects and work; also went good.
