I get invited in, for an interview. Meet with one guy. Have the usual conversation. I ask my questions, there's a list. Tour the shop. The next day, I call the guy to say I liked everything I saw & heard. We agree to terms, and I start the following Monday. I have never been formerly introduced to the lathe/mill foreman. More like discover who they are. After working a month. The owner walks up & introduces himself. Three weeks later, the guy who hired me. He was our planner. And the lathe foreman quit.
