The interview consisted of a group activity where we answered a series of situation where we had to rank what we would do in order of importance along with which we would feel is best choice out of a bunch which we had to discuss in a group and figure out. This was followed by a one on one interview where I was asked more personal questions

Submitted CV, had a 30 min interview with a manager, and then completed a case-based group exercise with 5 others to assess how we would deal with tricky situations in the cafe
