The recruitment process discriminates those applying from abroad. Firstly, I had to take those long numerical/logical/situational tests WITHOUT anything from my background being already verified. I was hence rejected as I don't have A-Levels/GCSE, and any corrispondent from abroad wouldn't be valid. I had two degrees from important British universities with full marks, work experiences etc. Didn't matter, all I needed was A-Levels. Never going to apply again.
