It was a group interview first, then an individual one. It lasted around 2 hours. We were given a task and worked in teams to find the best solution, and the managers walked around and observed us. Then we had a one on one interview during which we presented a mood board.

Easy process, in person interview with VM manager and after with a shop floor manager. During the interview there was some written VM scenarios. Around 20 ministers long, got back with a week
