Group assessment with around 20+ people split into groups and each group has your own assessor who sits at the table listening to you during the task. Given 20 mins to write down
5 ways to give good customer service
5 ways to deal with a difficult customer
3 ways to gain product knowledge
make sure you speak and get your points in there but also listen to everyone in your group and then present them to everyone in the room then they take you out for one on ones where they leave you waiting till your finally picked then go through 8 questions and write down your answers scoring you. its a bit off putting when answering a question and the person your talking to is writing down your answer but stay focused and you can always ask them to read out the questions again. the whole process was supposed to be around 2 hours mine ran over, got a email 2 weeks after.
