long process, first group work where you had to discuss various things. Then individual interview which only had 3 questions. Took about 3 weeks to get back to me to say I was unsuccessful

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
