The interview process was very informal and involved mostly listening to the owner talk about himself and the business. There were two interviews and each one took about two hours each. There isn't much you can do to prepare for the interview, just prepare to make yourself likable to the owner. He is the final say on who gets hired or not even though the shop laborers have very little contact with him. The interview process was excessively lengthy for what it actually was.
