I interviewed in October for a position the following Summer. Had one interview over Zoom. Very behavioral. We essentially went through my resume and the interviewer asked about specific experiences and what I gained from them. I was asked questions like "name a time at [insert job] that you had to overcome a challenge," and "what about this internship interests you?" The interviewer warned me that it may take up to 6 weeks to hear back, but I heard back after 12 days, so that was very appreciated.
