Went through college. Talked with a rep then was reached out to for a formal interview. There had some behavioral questions where had to use STAR method. I was interviewed by 2 people at the same time.

Describe a time where you went above and beyond your expected role description.
One Hackerrank assessment - two LeetCode easy in 1 hr. Followed up by one behavioral interview with two engineers - about an hour long. Overall straightforward and not that bad
There was one round of behavioral interviews conducted over digital teleconferencing means, followed by a technical assessment online. The technical assessment was language agnostic and tests problem solving abilities as well as coding competency.

Hackerrank first (9 questions, 7 multiple choice and 2 coding questions), then had a 45 min behavioral interview with 2 people. Entire process took maybe 2-3 weeks, then another week to hear about my offer.
