very friendly people, easy questions and very common ones. they talked about the company and the role. they didn't make it very hard and complicated and they were trying to know me more as a person and what are the things that interest me.

Phone call screening, then it lead to one virtual interview with one of the engineers I would have been working with had I got the job and got a position on the mechanical engineering team at deere
Straight foreword interview process. It included behavioral questions only using STAR method. 5-7 question for each interview. There was a total of 2 rounds of interviews each with a 2 person panel.
Star Format on behavioral questions with 2 panels. Asked about myself then describe themselves. Then asked 5 behavioral questions in each interview. Then provided me with the opportunity to ask question related to the job.
