It consumes too much time, I’ll pass the interviews hacker rank exercise and code challenge, then they give me an offer but when I ask about taxes they simply disappear, they were very unprofessional, in Mexico you have to pay your own taxes and it’s something they don’t tell you.

All the bad reviews are true. They will make you jump into at least 4 senseless calls with HR. Then they will send you a code challenge and even if you do good in the challenge and receive a preoffer, at some point they will just ghost you.

HR Interview > TestDome (online coding platform) Challenge > Take-home Challenge > Offer Letter > Accepted offer letter > No more contact from Jobsity.
Despite accepting the offer letter, there has been no further communication from Jobsity.
Frustating because I wasted my time.

The interview process was Ok, but what is weird is that you will only get a task to complete and then everything will be handled async. No face to face interactions after and the process takes too long without many answers in between,
