Application I applied for the position online and the process took about 2 weeks. I was interviewed at Jobsite (Havant). Interview First interview was with Talent Acquisition lead and Sales Manager, both were very nice explained about the company and the role I was interviewing for. Wanted to understand my skills and experience and how these would be transferable to the company. While some questions were difficult, I felt they know what type of person and skills they were looking for. Second Interview was with Sales Director and Sales Manager, and covered similar questions to first interview. The whole interview process was well structured and professional, I felt they were also very open which gave me a good feel about the company and the people who I would be working with. Interview process gave me a positive view of the company and made me feel that it would a positive move for me to make.
