I sent in my resume and then I got an email 8 days later saying that I moved onto their next hiring process which was an assessment test. This took about 1 hour and it was genuinely a waste of time. I could go on about how terrible assessments are. I finished it that same day. I got ghosted for three weeks and got an automated rejection email saying that they moved on. I wish I could have interviewed with an actual human being before being rejected and not wasted one hour of my life for a stupid personality and logic test. All this for a part-time $12 an hour position.
