I applied online and received an immediate response the next day to have a 1-on-1 interview. I should have told the store manager at the time what I wanted to accept for hourly pay, however, I did not. I had a feeling that the company would realize my 5+ years experience of retail and give me a decent wage to live on, however they did not. I asked for growth and stability of hours, however, that becomes rare. It took 2 weeks for a background check and an approval with the District manager.

Pretty simple. Just filled out the questionnaire online. Then got a call a few days later and interviewed in person. Just make sure you dress in a suit and tie cause that's what you'll be wearing when you're working.

It was very informal and personally unprofessional. I was actually "interviewed" on the sales floor while the store manager was working with a customer. The company objective is all about making money while paying the least amount they can in the process. The merger with Mens Warehouse hasnt made things drastically better either, marginal at best.
