I applied online and approximately 3 weeks later I recieved a call to come in for an interview. I met with the Store Manager and he spoke about the duties of the position of Keyholder. He asked such questions as: where else have you applied, where do you see yourself in the next 5 years, why do you want to work here, etc. I occupied the majority of the interview with my own questions so that I could get a feel of the work environment and what was expected.The atmosphere seemed too slow paced for me. I believe the area did not draw any many customers. The store itself only had 5 employees. It would have been a good starter job in management, if I had gotten a call back.
