J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jive Software (Portland, OR) en sept. 2015
Entretien
My interview was approximately 4 hours long. I met with 6 people - 3 management types and 3 technical types.
Discussions with management types were very much oriented to determining a cultural fit and, given the size of the development organization, which area of development I would do best in.
Discussions with technical types were around the various technologies that were in use and my familiarity with them.

Question 1
Do you consider yourself a front-end, back-end, or full-stack developer?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jive Software (Portland, OR) en juin 2015
Entretien
Interview lasted a bit over four hours, with 30-45 minutes per interviewer(s). Some of the interviewers were in-person and others were remote. It would likely vary by interviewer but I got the impression they were interested in probing candidates' strengths and identifying blindspots. There were several skill assessment questions and programming problems, but none of the ego-stroking obscure or abstract puzzle problems.

Question 1
There were standard java questions, like difference between final/finally/finalize, abstract class versus interface, thread.local, etc. Also there were 5 or 6 exercises like merge two sorted linked lists as well as open ended questions like 'given the opportunity what would you change about the language or JVM'.
There were some standard db/sql questions such as differentiate between inner/left outer joins, indexes, etc as well as open ended questions such as tuning strategy/methodology for a slow application query, etc
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jive Software (Portland, OR) en mai 2015
Entretien
The interview process consisted of a 5 round 30 minutes (per round) speed interviewing with five different people within the department. It wasn't nearly as bad as it sounds. Interviewing with different people gave me a chance to get comfortable with talking. Everyone was really friendly and they all really just wanted to get to know my personality.

Question 1
More conversational topics about myself but a couple of questions regarding my experience. Nothing tough that I couldn't answer.
