The interviews were streamlined, organized. Interviewers were well prepared and kept a good flow. The experience was more like a technical discussion exploring different possiblities and angels of my expertise in an actual team / project. As opposed to most interviews nowadays which are a mere formality focussed on just Q&A or leetcode solvers. Appreciated the project/team oriented specific approach towards interview. Was a fresh experience.
