My job interview process was very good. It started slowly by asking questions about my family, then later to academic background. There two gentlemen who where spearheading the interview. Overall it went really well.

How long does it get to recover from a full blown shoulder dislocation?
Solid and fun interview. Pretty straight forward process and straight to the point. The people were just like every Jimmy Johns. I love the sandwiches so much i had to get a job here

Great as long as you are passionate to work in this sandwich making industry. It was a great experience and the interview helped me get through what i am going to do at this job.

Totally strange process for the hiring procedure. I am not sure how anyone would genuinely want to apply when it takes months to respond and even then so many problems! Would not recommend even interviewing here at all.
