You apply to a store, any store in that franchise can call for an interview, you show up and have a one on one interview with the general manager. If you are presentable, nice, care about customer service, and seem reliable you are good to go. After the interview they have you take a menu test.

Quick and easy. I was asked availability. I was hired almost immediately. The store at the time was very in need though. Having stayed here and doing interviews myself, the process is incredibly easy.
