nice and quick, to the point questions , asked about experience and baking knowledge. The interview was not too long either. i was asked to demonstrate specific skills related to cake decorating and preparing other baked goods
Answered a few behavioral questions and filled out a sheet with my availability. Interview questions were standard, such as why do you want to work here and what are your strengths and weaknesses.

5 minutes instant hire where it was closer to a personality test than an actual interview. The gm was very personable and made the most of the discussion. Pay was discussed
