J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez JetBrains
Entretien
Applied through their careers page and received a contact after two weeks. The first message was from a HR person who asked me about the best time to schedule a meeting. After replying, the person told me that he would send the invitation in a while, but this took 4 days and meanwhile, I tried to contact him through email unsuccessfully (it was already a bad sign). Then, on the 1st call I was interviewed by two persons from the HR team (they didn’t bothered themselves to turn on their cameras and I was the only one with the camera on, what a awkward situation). The interviews seemed to be bothered with the conversation, replying with short answers or jumping to other topics, plus they didn’t seemed to care about anything that I spoke about it and only focused on the time I spent at my previous companies. One of those persons was not giving any attention to the meeting at all, because we had to repeat the same questions more than once. They requested by salary expectation but refused to provide a payment range and since they don’t operate directly in my country, they even avoided to answer some basic questions, such as the perks that I would have and how the contract would be (temporary or permanently). After one week I received an automated email saying that I was rejected because they decided to pursue other candidates. By far this was one of the worst interviews experiences that I had, even matching the horrible experience that I had with Canonical.

Question 1
Why did you leave your previous company? Why did you applied for this position?
I really liked that recruiter does not ask you any technical questions during the very first stage of the interview. I believe this is the right approach. He just explained the role, the company strategy and it was very cool introduction.
Then I had a technical interview and I enjoyed it. We were on the same page with the guys that interviewed me, discussed many topics, questions and I was really impressed.
Unfortunately, the position was closed (they decided to not hire on this position).

Recruiter got back to me to schedule the interview, but 1 minute prior to the meeting I received an email that previous meeting takes more time than expected and they asked to reschedule.
I got no issues with that, so I asked for their availability but never got the response even though I followed-up twice on my message. Eventually I got ghosted, which does not seem professional.

I applied through their careers portal and received an e-mail from the HR team asking me to schedule a 30 minute talk based on their availability (they provided a link to their calendar). After scheduling a slot, I did not receive any type of meeting link from them, so I had to proactively send a google meet invite on the day the interview was suppose to happen, as the HR team was unresponsive to all communication. During the interview, which was audio only - no cameras, the HR rep kept saying I was the perfect fit for several openings they had with their support team and it was an overall pleasant chat. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from them anymore. I have contacted them via e-mail to follow up and request feedback, but just like in the beginning, they are radio silent.
