At several points, it felt unclear whether the process was actually moving forward or simply stalled. This appears to reflect a broader issue with the company’s hiring practices. The same position seems to remain open for extended periods — in some cases close to a year — suggesting internal indecision or inefficiencies in approval and decision-making. This creates frustration for candidates who invest significant time and effort with little clarity or outcome.
