The interview is lengthy and involved, but the interviewers make you feel at ease. Also it's good to know your history on JetBlue. They will ask you if you know any facts about the company. They are upfront and honest about what working for JetBlue will be like. For example, one interviewer said during their ninety day probation period you can forget about going anywhere till it's over after that you can choose to work any from 15 hours to 80 hours.

It was very through. The questions were based on their values. You do a online interview first and then an in person interview second. Then drug test. And the background check.
