Interview was only easy because they we're hiring many people at the rio Tinto stadium........................ If you go into their office to interview it's going to be very difficult to get it. I got people that were very hard on me.

i only had one bilingual interview question. The group interview was easy. I got rejected 4 times before I got the job at jetblue
Phone questions and in-person interview. Most questions are about previous customer service jobs. If offered, it is followed by an approximate 3 weeks in center training and 90 day commitment.

It was an okay interview. First there's a virtual presentation about the company, work/ life balance the and pay. Then shortly after your scheduled group interview. Dress professionally and make sure you have a Microsoft teams account up and ready to go.
